Dear Friends and Animal Lovers,

My name is Manuela, and I’m reaching out to you today because I need help for my beloved dog, Sophia. I thought I’d never be here and I know finances are hard for all so please donate what you can or share with everyone you know.

Sophia has been a part of my life for the entirety of my 20s. She’s not just a dog – she’s my best friend, my companion, my soul dog, she’s saved me from major depressive episodes more times than I can count. From the very first I adopted her, she has brought me so much happiness, comfort, and unconditional love. I cannot imagine my life without her, and I’m doing everything I can to make sure she lives her best life, the best quality of life for as long as possible.

Recently, Sophia was diagnosed with a sarcoma, a form of cancer that is sadly all too common in older dogs. And can be quite aggressive. Though she’s a healthy in every other way, this diagnosis has been devastating for both of us. The good news is that with the right treatment, including surgery and follow-up care, there is hope for her. The doctors are optimistic that with intervention, Sophia can live a good quality of life and remain happy and healthy for as long as possible.

However, the cost of her cancer treatment is significant. I have managed to cover costs for surgery, post-operative care, medications, and follow-up visits, but the financial burden is overwhelming. As much as I want to give Sophia every chance at recovery, I need support to make it happen.

That’s where you come in. I’m asking for your help to raise the funds needed to cover Sophia’s radiation and cancer treatment. Your generous donations will go directly toward her surgery, treatments, and all necessary care to help her fight this cancer. Every penny counts, and any amount you can contribute will make a difference.

Sophia is more than just a pet to me; she’s my family, if you know me you know I have very little of that and she’s been all I have for too long. She’s been by my side through thick and thin, and now I want to be there for her in the same way. With your support, I believe we can give Sophia the chance she deserves to live a long, happy, and healthy life.
