Support Sophiana: Overcome Financial Hardship

Though my account name may be Calvin, my real name is Sophiana. I am a 32-year-old MTF transgender woman, and this is my story.
Last year, in July of 2023, I was let go from my previous job. Having barely enough to scrape by paycheck to paycheck and worn down by life, I made the foolish mistake in my desperation to not fall into debt or worry about money for once in my life to take a sales job. While good at it, it broke me down emotionally. I couldn't stand stepping on and deceiving others to get ahead in that job industry. I managed to tough it out until June of this year, at which point I started going in less and less frequently, until I finally left the job in September. I have been unemployed since.
My credit cards are currently maxed, I have been relying on roommates for food, and I no longer have enough money to make this next month's rent. I have many medications and bills that need to be paid, and I am very behind on quite a few payments. I would have lost my car if it were not for a very dear friend helping at the last moment, but there are still many things I need help with.
In the interest of transparency, I have a list of things I need assistance with that I will not be able to afford/earn fast enough before DoorDash is finished with my application.
Rent: $600
Car: $350
Car insurance: $150
Cellphone: $100
Medications: $250
Dr's Visit and Bloodwork: $750
Recurring Past Loan Payment: $75
The remainder, I confess, is a bit of buffer money. It would really be nice to have to just not have $0 in case of any overdraft fees.
I have always been the kind of person who hates to ask for help. I am always supporting and helping others. I have always been the mother, therapist, and mediator at any job I've ever worked or group of friends I've been a part of. I am pleading that some of that kindness can be returned to me.
