<div>He is 13 and he loves football, but the marks on his arms are not because of playing. They are the scars from the bomb that killed his family.

<div>Since Siraj was a baby, he has needed medicine for his heart condition: a patent foramen ovale (PFO). Without it, he could have a stroke.

<div>He spent a whole month without any medicine and his health is in poor condition. His eyes have seen things that some people don’t want to think about.

<div>That is when he crossed paths with Ahmed, who was buying groceries for his sick father and his pregnant wife. Ahmed took Siraj in and has been caring for him since then. Ahmed has his own GoFundMe, but he couldn’t predict his family’s needs would increase so soon.
