<div>A local family desperately needs our help! On Jan. 31, a single mom of two boys moved all of their belongings into their new apartment in Buffalo by 1 p.m. It was supposed to be a fresh start and the little family couldn't be happier!

<div>Shockingly that fresh start ended very quickly. At 3:30 p.m. that same exact day, the apartment went up in flames and was deemed a total loss.

<div>Now Ashley Biviano  and her boys are left with nothing.

<div>Sadly, Ashley and her boys have experienced tragedy before with a fire. The boys lost their father to a fire in 2024. They now go to the WNY Compassion Connection to help with their grief.

<div>"What began as such a proud, happy day as a mother (to be able to move them into a much nicer place), was incredibly short-lived," Ashley said.
