<p>Hi, my name is Simone, and I'm asking for help because I'm going through a really tough time right now. Recently, I found out I have gangrene in my left big toe. It’s a serious and painful condition that has completely changed my life. What started as a little cut quickly got a lot worse. I've been going to the hospital, getting treatments, and I'm really scared because i lost my big toe. Every day is hard, both in body and mind.
