Alcides has been through 2 surgeries for an infected colon perforation in less than 2 weeks, three hospitalizations and weeks in the hospital. After nearing death, He has spent the past few nights in the ICU. He has two kids, Nicole (17) and Thales (9), and an unemployed, full-time student wife. He has been out of work because of his illness, his wife, Alex, has been selling assets to pay bills, and their daughter’s plans of attending college are now in jeopardy because her college fund is being used to sustain the family. Depois de chegar quase a morte ele passou as últimas noites na UTI. Ele tem dois filhos, Nicole (17) e Thales (9), e uma esposa desempregada, estudante a tempo integral. Ele está fora do trabalho por causa de sua doença, sua esposa, Alex, vem vendendo seus pertences para pagar contas. Os planos de sua filha de ir a faculdade este ano, agora estão parados porque seu fundo de renda da faculdade está sendo usado para sustentar a família.
