Support Silvano's Fight

Silvano "Chano" has always been a humble, hardworking, and family oriented individual. He was raised to work with his hands, through doing farm work, to home remodeling and painting, and a taco man "taquero" for parties. So when the first day came when he had to be hospitalized, it was evident that his life would be affected. 

He began dialysis treatments and found out that he would need a kidney transplant. After a couple of years going to dialysis three to four times a week, his doctors gave him the great news that a transplant would be ready. Unfortunately, the expenses of getting a transplant and recovering from it are high. 

We have created this GoFundMe page to help him begin the process to schedule a transplant date and what will come after. Silvano "Chano" has always been independent and has financially covered his expenses on his own. However, this a large amount for him to cover on his own.

For him to be able to schedule a date for his surgery, the hospital needs the amount mentioned to continue forward. The situation that he is in is urgent as his overall well-being depends on this kidney transplant. He is 38 years old and has many things to yet accomplish in life, this kidney transplant although transforming his life has encouraged him to fight on. We hope that through positivity and generosity of friends, family, and associates we can soon raise the amount for his kidney.

Silvano "Chano" siempre ha sido una person muy humilde, un trabajador excelente, y un individuo orientado a su familia. Fue criado a trabajar con sus manos, haciendo trabajo agrícola, remodelando y pintando casas, y siendo un taquero para fiestas. Cuando llegó el primer día en que  tuvo que ser hospitalizado, fue evidente que su vida se vería afectada seriamente por sus cambios en salud.

Comenzó tratamientos de diálisis  y descubrió que necesitaría un transplante de riñón. Después de algunos años de recibir diálisis tres a cuatro veces por semana, sus doctores le dieron la gran noticia que un transplante estaría listo. Desafortunadamente, los gastos de obtener este transplante y recuperar de la cirugía son costosos.

Hemos creado esta pagina de GoFundMe para ayudarle a poder comenzar con el proceso, para establecer una fecha de transplante y lo que vendrá después. Silvano "Chano"  siempre ha sido independiente y ha cubierto sus gastos financieros solo. Sin embargo, esta es una gran cantidad para que él pueda solo.

Para que pueda establecer una fecha para su cirugía, el hospital necesita la cantidad mencionada para poder continuar. La situación en la que se encuentra es urgente ya que su bienestar depende de este transplante de riñón. Silvano "Chano" solo tiene 38 años y tiene muchos mas por venir, este transplante de riñón le cambiara su vida pero también le a dado valentía para seguir adelante. Esperamos que a través de la positividad y la generosidad de amigos, familia, y asociados podremos recaudar la cantidad para su riñón.
