I'm Joyce, Shiloh's mom.

Shiloh is a husky that my husband and I rescued in April 2016. He has been a loyal, sweet, fun-loving companion every day. My husband of 55 years passed away very unexpectedly on Christmas Eve morning, and Shiloh and I have been supporting each other ever since.

I just learned today that Shiloh has inoperable cancer in his right hind leg and the only option is amputation. Naturally, I am devastated at this news, but the doctor and everyone I have talked to have indicated that dogs are very resilient and he will be able to continue to enjoy life.

Unfortunately, this surgery is costly, and being a widow on a fixed income, I am desperate to find a way to raise the funds to help me pay for this for Shiloh's sake.
