Hi everyone,

I’m fundraising to help cover my bills while I recover from a hysterectomy scheduled at the end of October. Unfortunately, I had to leave my last job due to workplace discrimination for being trans, and while I’ve started a new one, I haven’t had the chance to build savings or PTO yet. That means recovery time = no income.

I had originally planned to wait a little longer for this surgery, but with the state of the world (and trans healthcare constantly under attack), I had to fast-track it while I still can.

Some of you may remember when I asked for help a few years ago for top surgery but apparently being trans is like renovating a house, except the house is my body and capitalism keeps sending me the bill. And of course, the American healthcare system still thinks GoFundMe counts as insurance, so… here we are again.

Every dollar donated will go toward keeping a roof over my head and covering basic bills while I recover. If you can’t donate, sharing this would mean just as much.
