Hi. Shay has entered two AG classes this year in hopes of joining and being a part of a group at school for her resume and for social reasons. She wants to raise a goat which I was fine with however with my husbands not working situation and the deadline approaching this isn’t looking feasible. Thought of this while I couldn’t sleep last night as a last ditch attempt to raise some money. She needs to pay for it by Thursday (I know no time really). Anything would help even $20 to help us to our goal. Looking to raise money for the goat only. Payment needs to be made this Thursday but the goat doesn’t come for another month (thank goodness). The goat is $800. Yes that’s right. Apparently goat meat prices have gone up. I can’t believe it’s that much either. I can prove it and show you the invoice by screenshotting it if you’d like.

You know I hate being in this position but mamma bear has come out and want to try one more option to help her get this goat. I know many of you have already helped us is many ways and appreciate you all so much. ❤️

(picture above is a friends goat from last year. Shay went to the ffa show last year to watch all the animals and that’s when she decided she’d want to raise a goat. We even had to look at the goats at the Houston livestock show too, that sealed it for her.
