My name is Shaymaa, and I am a single mom to a wonderful 8-year-old child. Recently, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a serious medical condition that requires immediate and ongoing treatment. As I begin this journey toward recovery, my main focus is on my health and being there for my child, but the challenges have been overwhelming.

Because of my illness, I have been unable to work and will need the next couple of months to dedicate myself fully to treatment and healing. I applied for unemployment benefits, hoping for some relief, but unfortunately, my application was not approved. This has left me struggling to cover even the most basic living expenses, especially my rent, while I focus on getting better for my child and myself.

I am reaching out to ask for help during this difficult time. Your support—whether through a donation, sharing my story, or simply offering kind words—would mean the world to me. Every bit of encouragement and assistance brings hope and helps me move forward. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compassion and support as I work toward recovery and a brighter future for my family.
