Fund to help with Sharky's legal fees and fines

My girlfriend, Brooke Metcalfe and I, are starting a GoFundMe to raise money in support of Sharky’s Athletic Club which is owned by Cindy and Bill Van Hoogenhuize.

As many of you are probably aware, today (March 12th) the government announced that yet again, Sarnia-Lambton would be moving into the “grey zone” which would restrict gyms and fitness facilities to remain open.
This past year lockdowns have proved to do nothing but cause damage to the community, especially small businesses. Now more than ever, we need to stand in solidarity. We need to show nothing but support to this business as they have proved to stand for the individual rights of each person who wants to prioritize their mental and physical fitness. 7 years ago the quality of my life was forever changed after getting a membership at the club.
Since the day I became a member, I noticed and appreciated the great sense of community throughout the gym. Cindy and Bill always go out of their way to help people and make them feel at home while at the gym. Now it is time we do the same for them. All funds will be donated to Sharky’s to assist with any legal fees/fines that they receive as a result of continuing to remain open.

I am doing this in support of small business’.
