Help Shana Recover After Surgery

Hi everyone,

My name is Tosha, one of Shana's best friends, and I’m reaching out for help during a really difficult time. Shana recently underwent a hysterectomy and is currently in recovery. Unfortunately, she does not have short-term disability benefits, and after her previous time off for breast cancer treatment, she had to use up all of her savings to stay afloat.

Now, facing more recovery time without income, she's struggling to cover basic living expenses like rent, groceries, and utilities while her body heals. She's always been the type to work hard and take care of others as an RN, but right now, she needs to focus on healing—and that means asking for help, which isn’t easy.
