Over the last few months, I began experiencing sudden and severe symptoms that were eventually diagnosed as <strong>Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD)</strong> — a rare autoimmune condition that attacks the spinal cord, brain, and optic nerve and can cause paralysis, nerve pain, and significant mobility loss.
