Support Shagbark Staff

Like so many other restaurants Shagbark of Libbie Mill Midtown has had to furlough the majority of their staff.  Cooks, dish washers, servers, hosts, bar tenders and service assistants are all out of work for the immediate future and could really use some support. These donations will be distributed evenly to all staff that feel they could use some help while they are forced to be out of work. Restaurants like Shagbark give their towns an identity, a reason to visit or move to a certain place.  The growth of Richmond over the past twenty years can in part be attributed to the food and beverage culture that has been cultivated by the dedicated restaurant workers of our town.  Now more than ever in the face of so much uncertainty these people need our support.  Unemployment benefits top out at around $350 a week, and even with a possible stimulus on the way most of our staff will still be struggling to make ends meet for the foreseeable future.
