<div>Seth Kwarteng-Prekoh serves as a chaplain at one of the children's hospitals in California. He is currently under treatment for recurrent cancer. A GoFundMe account has been set up to help support his healing journey.

<div>Since the first day I started working as a chaplain, Seth has shown support to everyone with the most generous and caring heart. He is always willing to offer the experiences and wisdom he has acquired through years of serving people as a minister. Seth's caring spirit has been very supportive to me. For example, my patient's family once asked me to help at their memorial service. I had not had many experiences and told Seth I felt nervous. He immediately said, "Don't worry, I'll come with you." He helped me throughout the preparation process and came to the funeral to support and guide me. When there were natural disasters and social turmoil in my country, Seth was the first one to text me to ensure me that my family and friends were safe. Seth has not only been a great colleague and mentor but a great friend as well.

<div>Once you meet him, you will discover the blessings of encountering someone like Seth in your life. When Seth asks, "How are you doing?" it is a genuine question. He would make a point to turn to you, look into your eyes, genuinely hear your story, and give you the warmest consults and uplifting prayer. He believes that every life and story matters. He shows an abundance of empathy.

<div>Seth has touched countless lives, and you might be one of them. Seth receives countless thank-you messages with pictures of the babies and families who have received Seth at the hospital. Some families even visit his office with their babies because Seth was there during their most challenging times and encouraged them to keep their faith and hope.

<div>When Seth took a leave of absence to treat his cancer two years ago, many staff, one after another, asked me when Seth would return and eagerly shared how much they appreciated his presence. It deeply touched me to witness the positive impact he made throughout the hospital.

<div>Recently, Seth received news that his cancer has returned. He is currently planning to take another leave of absence to focus on his treatment. I would like to invite you to join in supporting Seth in his battle to overcome cancer.
