What I am about to share is not just his story: it is a testament to survival, faith, and unbreakable human strength.

Before October 7, 2023, Segev was 25 years old, full of ambition and determination, building his future one step at a time. But on that day, his life was violently interrupted.

For 738 days, time stood still.

Segev went to the Nova Music Festival with nothing more than the simple desire to celebrate life and music with friends. Instead, his world collapsed. He was brutally kidnapped by Hamas terrorists and taken into captivity in Gaza.

What he endured there defies comprehension. The conditions were inhumane and designed to crush the body and shatter the spirit. Yet somehow, Segev’s spirit did not break.

Through the darkness, one force sustained him: emuna—faith. Faith that he would survive. Faith that he would return home. Faith that his life still had purpose.

On October 13, 2025, after more than two years in captivity, Segev finally came home to his family in Dimona, Israel. His return was nothing short of a miracle.

Today, Segev is courageously sharing his firsthand testimony with audiences around the world. He speaks of resilience, unwavering determination, and the powerful sense of Divine presence that carried him through captivity. He believes he was spared for a

reason: to give others strength, hope, and perspective in the face of unimaginable hardship.

Now, the long road to rebuilding begins.
