<div>Hi, my name is Sean Illian, and I’m reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support as I navigate a difficult and exhausting journey with chronic illness. This news will likely come as a surprise to many people who know me. I have kept this very private.

<div>I’ve been diagnosed with both Hashimoto’s thyroiditis — an autoimmune disorder affecting the thyroid — and Crohn’s disease, a painful and unpredictable inflammatory bowel disease. These two conditions together have made everyday life incredibly challenging, affecting everything from my digestion to my energy, mental clarity, and overall well-being. This is why I’ve taken a break from dancing and my nightlife career.

<div>The toll on my body has been overwhelming — I experience severe digestive issues, weight fluctuations, fatigue, brain fog, and inflammation on a daily basis. Managing these conditions requires a comprehensive and ongoing treatment plan involving multiple specialists, tests, medications, and dietary interventions. Unfortunately, many of these crucial treatments aren’t fully covered by insurance.
