Three words that suddenly change your life; "You have cancer".
Last week they received the diagnosis:
At only 33 years old, Sarah has stage 3 breast cancer with metastasis to the lymph nodes. The tentative plan is for five months of chemotherapy, then a double mastectomy and radiation, followed by another six to seven months of follow up infusions every three weeks.
For anyone not familiar with this family, Scott and Sarah were married October 2015 and almost a year later welcomed their daughter Quincy into the world. Cancer is a major challenge to battle through both physically and emotionally, especially for a young family with so much life ahead of them!
Scott, Sarah and family are taking the news as well as can be expected but understandably they are afraid of what the future holds and the financial burden that this will put them in.
That's where we can all do our part! Scott and Sarah aren't ones to ask for help, but with the medical bills that will soon start piling up, they could use it. Please, make a monetary donation to help their cause. Every little bit helps!
