 My name is Tracy Salyer. My coworker, Samantha Rae Marrujo (Sam), was diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma in April 2024. <strong>The tumor started at the size of a walnut and is now taking up half of her right leg.</strong> She has had three unsuccessful surgeries and 16 months of physical therapy. The leg is rejecting again. <strong>The decision has been made for amputation.</strong> This is all a huge strain financially, mentally, and physically. She has been denied disability twice. She has no savings left. She is scared but has a positive attitude and still keeps a smile on her face. <strong>Funds would help with medical equipment, bills, and a future prosthesis.</strong>
