Hello, my name is Sallyann. I have 3 young children: Hailey, David, and Jocelyn. I also take care of my disabled elderly father, Patrick. I'm desperately asking for help.

10 years ago, I did an owner finance to buy the home I'm currently living in. Unfortunately, the man I bought it from used old paper to steal my house. The paper was used 5 years after I paid the home off. I do have all documents (receipts) proving I paid him. When I found out what happened, I went to the deeds office in our area and reported it. I also took the advice of the deeds office and made a police report with KCPD and the Sheriff's office. The sheriff who took my report informed me this happens to 3 or 4 families a week. Devastating.

I got a lawyer to help me; however, by this time, the man sold my home to an ugly house buyer company. The company is willing to sell it back to me, but I don't have enough saved. I'm devastated, desperate, and scared I'm going to lose my home. I'm scared I will end up homeless with 3 kids, my elderly father, and pets. I don't make much money, and my father doesn't bring much with his SSI disability.

I need help and this is my last hope. Please, if anyone can afford to help or simply share this with your friends and family.

Edit *** the company went down on the buy back. They went from 40k too 25.5k , with my saving all need now is 13k ****
