Support Salah and Ahmed's Journey to Safety

We, Salah and Ahmed, are the orphans of this war. Our mother Nevin is with us in Gaza. We send you our weak, shaky voice, full of tears of brokenness after what happened to us, hoping for urgent help to save us from the miserable situation we are living in in Gaza.

Our campaign and this attempt aims to secure an opportunity for survival and secure our exit from Gaza to Egypt to obtain our rights to life, food, and education in principle.

The war took from us our father and our only sister, Amal, who is ten years old

Our poor grandmother and 40 members of our family

Salah and I escaped certain death with varying injuries

We experienced indescribable pain and we cried alone for an entire night. We stayed in the hospital, no one recognized us, and we were drowning in our blood.

We have no one, they are all dead, no home, no father, no sister, no grandmother, no relatives, no money

Only our mother was looking for us

She alone prayed so much for us to survive and for us to survive

But not completely, as we are still in Gaza and the war has not stopped yet

We have experienced displacement many times

We got sick over and over again, nothing healthy

No water, no food, no livable shelter

Our mother is an ambitious, entrepreneurial woman who lost her project, a ray of hope for us, and a guarantor who made us feel the need to ask questions.

We lost our hope, our beloved sister, but we did not lose our hope in the real human being who did not lose his humanity to help us provide an opportunity for a new beginning.

Every contribution helps us cover travel and legal costs to obtain the necessary coordination, provide housing, and the possibility of education

Every contribution will help us reach safety because we are not guaranteed to survive the next time. Our family has lost its balance and we have become without a father. There is something broken inside us that cannot be replaced forever.

Our mother says that our sorrows are postponed and her warm tears are nothing but silent sadness

Small sorrows are talkative, but great sorrows are dumb

Life is built on priorities, the basis of which is preserving life

Our mother is now a father with children and big dreams to protect us. There is no time for sadness or long crying

Our goals

Our immediate goal is to secure a travel route for us and our mother

Once we settled in Egypt

We will continue our education and rebuild our future, and my mother will begin her work

With the help of our aunt in Belgium, we plan to go through the complex process of securing visas for us to come to Belgium to avoid the dangers that we may face in Gaza.
