Hi, I'm Saherah. On November 7th, I was walking back home from the park when I was hit by a truck. When I reached the crosswalk at the street right behind my house, I made sure the street was clear, pressed the walking button, and was immediately hit by a speeding truck when I took my first step on the street. I flew up and fell on the driver's hood, then was pushed forward about 100 feet to the ground. I'm suffering from 4 fractured ribs and fractures in my skull. I lost 4 teeth, and doctors have barred my top row of teeth to keep them stable and keep from falling out. I have further x-rays to be done for my knees. I can't stand and take steps without a walker, and my movement is limited due to severe pain and exhaustion. For long distances, I need a wheelchair.

I don't know if I'll ever feel safe again.

But for the time being, I need help getting supplies to assist me at home and paying medical bills. I appreciate the time you took to read this and care. Thank you.
