Ryan was unfairly sacked by BMW Cowley plant, Oxfordshire by his employer CI Group easier this year for allegedly leaving the plant to buy lunch..
Ryan won his appeal against the first sacking, only to face a disciplinary for the exact same charges on his return to work. This time a manager says he saw Ryan leave the plant.
He did, but only to retrieve his breakfast from his car parked in the plant car park, a journey of no more than 10 mins.
He has now been sacked again and is appealing that decision.
He has no income and this appeal will afford him a small amount of money to give both him and his children some support over Xmas and the New Year.
I am organising this modest appeal to allow him and his family a decent Xmas. All money donated will go to Ryan and his family.
