<div>In January of this year Rupert started developing ulcers in both his left and right eye. Over the course of the past 7 months his eye has continued to on and off flare up. This past month has been the worst flare up yet.

<div>In the past, medication helped to stop the flare ups, but this time no medication has seemed to help. About a week ago we discovered that was due to the fact that Rupert’s cornea is not able to properly reattach and heal. We were hoping that with time and a new serum medicine that his eye would heal, but after a week with minimal change, we are headed back to Pooler, GA for another eye appointment on Friday.

<div>Rupert is my baby, and I will spend whatever money I need to make sure that he is happy, healthy, and safe. However, I have reached the point where between vet visits, gas, and medications I have financially stretched myself thin. If you are able to help in any way, it is greatly appreciated, and if not, I ask that you please keep Rupert in your thoughts and prayers during this hard time.
