Support Rose Gold LP1

Hi, my name is Joseph.

Recently, I have become the sole member of Rose Gold at the halfway point of making a debut album. With the fresh loss of my internal support system, I am asking for financial community aid in order to finish the record before the year is up. As much as I would like to fund the music myself, it would take me much longer to do so. I began the album process with the knowledge that I would be contributing 1/5 of the money but now I am facing the remaining price tag to see things through. $2,500 was put into recording the record but another $2,500 is needed to cover the mixing and mastering costs. Rose Gold has been in talks with Jesse Cannon (The Cure, Senses Fail, The Dillinger Escape Plan) to shape this record into something new and special.

I come to my community today to ask for help in reaching the $2,500 goal. The math is simple: 10 songs were recorded and mixing/mastering is $250 per song. 10 songs x $250 = $2,500. I am not asking for anything more than help with the recording costs because where I come from, $2,500 is a lot of money - even between a group of people. All the money will go straight into this project. This $2,500 will not go into the promotion of the album, the album artwork, or any merchandise created along with the album.

Every penny is wholeheartedly appreciated. I am not one to ask for favors or handouts so asking for financial assistance (especially considering the state of the world) is my last resort. Those who know Rose Gold know that our impact and influence has been about creating a smart, safe community through art and integrity. Being able to see the changes we can make with our music is innumerable. I wish I could show you how much this band means to me and others here in Tulsa and even across the world. The people who have supported Rose Gold are the reason I chose to carry on the band. We take care of each other. We've made great strides in the scene and reached into fashion, politics, education, and so much more. None of this was put into our lovely town because we expected something out of it. It was all done out of love and will continue to be done that way. I know full well that this music can help change lives, contribute to culture, and be part of Tulsa's history. This is why I am so eager to get it into your hands. Together, we can make that happen. In Us We Trust.
