My name is Rosa Diaz, and I am a single mother of two kids.

I normally don't like asking for help; however, at the moment, I'm struggling to pay my bills, provide food for my family, and cover medical bills.

I recently had surgery on my lower back, and I'm not able to move much due to the pain. I was also informed by my doctor that I need to rest for at least 4-6weeks before going back to work. I have used almost all of my PTO due to the issue I was having before the surgery. I had many doctor's visits, and many times I had to call paramedics because of my lower back giving out.
