Hi, our names are Elicia and Barett, and we're reaching out with heavy hearts.

Our beloved dog, Rocky, is currently in critical condition after suffering a severe bite—possibly from a spider—that has rapidly developed into sepsis, a life-threatening infection spreading through his body. What started as a small wound quickly turned into a devastating emergency. This medical emergency has also caused significant skin damage, leaving areas of his skin dead and falling away.

He’s been receiving intensive care, including IV antibiotics, pain management, plasma, tube feeding, and around-the-clock monitoring. His condition is serious, but he’s a fighter, and we’re not giving up on him.

Even if Rocky pulls through the immediate crisis, the road to recovery will be long and expensive. He may require:

We are doing everything we can to give him a chance, but the cost of care is quickly climbing beyond what we can handle alone. We are asking for help from our friends, family, and community to support Rocky through this medical emergency.
