Hello my name is Ramona and I am seeking donations to help my son Robert get a properly trained support dog. Robert’s struggles have been real for most of his life. From being born blind to battling Hodgkins Lymphoma three times since he was 20, and currently dealing with a rare Desmoid tumor. Through it all, Robert has shown incredible strength and continues to do his best to make the most of each day. More than anything, Robert longs for a true companion- someone who will walk beside him, not as a guide, but as a friend. We now have a special opportunity to bring that companionship into his life. We found Gouda, a remarkable dog currently in training with a professional organization that specializes in preparing dogs for individuals with special needs. Robert has already met Gouda, and the connection between them was immediate and heartwarming.

Gouda is expected to complete his training program by the end of this year, at which point he and Robert can be permanently united. Gouda will offer Robert something truly priceless: emotional support, unconditional love, and a deep, meaningful connection. With Gouda by his side, Robert will feel less isolated in a world that can often seem overwhelming and cold.
