The date that I was supposed to be paid was this past Sunday. The friend has gone radio silent, and I have no other means of contacting them, and thus I highly doubt I'll be hearing from them.

<div>If anyone can help at least raise what I was supposed to be paid for the lawsuit, I would appreciate any bit of help. <strong>The total we won was 9500 USD. I was asking him for 4000 USD as I not only compiled the contract for said friend to pay us back in a window of time but also because I screenshot everything and had the cloud backups for the screenshots due to not trusting people with money.</strong> Not to mention, I was the one who lent the money in the promise of being paid back.
