As a widow, she is the sole provider for her family, juggling work and motherhood with unwavering determination. The diagnosis brought a storm of worries. Rio needs our help to continue to support her children—a safety net to ensure that her children are safe and fed while she's focusing on her health and recovery.

 Rio’s strength is tested daily. There will be hospital bills, treatments, and soon, she will need services at home to keep herself safe. Support from friends, family, and the community can become her lifeline, offering hope that, together, we can help them weather this storm. Each day, Rio fights for her children. She is now reaching out to the community for assistance. Rio has a long battle ahead of her, but her love and resilience to beat cancer should inspire us all to work together and bring Rio home safe and healthy to her children.
