<div>The Ridge Park Homeowner's Association needs to raise money to pay for crucial repairs in the community. Because dues have not been substantially raised for some time, the special assessment to pay for these repairs has incurred a hardship on several of our neighbors.

<div><strong>Neighbor #1</strong> needs to buy some time until March to be able to start making payments.
</div>
<div><strong>Neighbor #2</strong> is a pensioner with a fixed income with a recent financial hardship and will struggle to make any payments.
</div>
<div><strong>Neighbor #3</strong> is a single parent waiting on additional support income from the courts who will struggle to make any payments at all, with almost no money left over for food
</div>
<div><strong>Neighbor #4</strong> just bought their unit at Ridge Park and was not informed about the impending repairs or assessment. They nearly drained their savings to cover the down-payment and closing costs for their mortgage, and the assessment would leave them in a financially-precarious position.

<div><strong>+$2700 </strong>to pay for Neighbor #4's half 2025 assessment
