<div><strong>Meet Rhea</strong> (aka Ray) Bobby and Gabby Harper's daughter. She is 4 years old, and the middle child of 3 Harper daughters. Ray now faces a tough battle ahead - airlifted to Valley Children's Hospital a few days ago to have multiple tumors removed from her neck and spine - she bravely went into emergency surgery. The Harper family is waiting for more information in order to take whatever the next steps may be, but it likely will involve chemotherapy treatment.

<div>Ray began feeling sick a few weeks prior, with a fever, complaints of pain, low energy and appetite. After symptoms continued to worsen, and multiple visits to the emergency room, a CT scan on December 15th revealed multiple tumors in her neck and spine. The emergency surgery was successful in terms of what it aimed to accomplish, but there is a long way to go and a lot of uncertainty.

<div>Ray loves animals, especially frogs and horses. She enjoys anything arts and crafts related, building with legos, blocks, and magnets, riding her bike, and trying to keep up with her big sister Hayden. She likes reading books, and will often enjoy reading the same one 5 times in a row. From unicorn drawings to making pancakes to paw patrol trucks in the grass, it is hard to find her ever sitting still. She has a wild imagination and fiery spirit. If anyone can brave this next chapter, it's Rhea.
