At Restored Journey INC, we believe that everyone deserves a fresh start. Our mission is to support individuals reentering society after incarceration within the Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry, providing them with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to rebuild their lives.

As a team of formerly incarcerated individuals with a combined 39 years of experience in the system, we understand the struggles, fears, and obstacles that come with reentry. We also know that with proper support and preparation, successful reintegration is possible.

Our Programs: A Two-Part Approach to Success

Pre-Entry Program

We begin working with participants up to one year before their release. Through virtual and in-person engagement, we assess individual needs and develop a Direct Action Plan—a personalized roadmap to success. Our work includes:

✔ Communication via tablet access & Google Meet coaching (where permitted)

✔ Holistic assessments of strengths, goals, and challenges

✔ Live engagement inside correctional facilities during events like Recovery Day

Post-Entry Program

Once released, we provide hands-on support, including:

✔ Job Search & Employability Skills – Resume building, interview prep, job placement

✔ Daily Living Skills – Essential skills for independent living

✔ Tech-Prep – Digital literacy and technology training

✔ Financial Literacy – Budgeting, saving, and financial planning

✔ Social Re-Engagement – Confidence-building and community connection

✔ Family Reunification – Counseling and mediation for rebuilding relationships

We recognize that success is about more than just clothes, food, and housing—it’s about internal restoration. Our program is designed to meet individuals where they are and provide customized support to help them build confidence, resilience, and stability.
