<div>I’m reaching out today to ask for love, support, and generosity for  someone very special to me — my bestie Remy, who has been courageously battling kidney cancer.

<div>Anyone who knows Remy can tell you he is one of the kindest, most selfless people you’ll ever meet. Always the first to lend a hand, offer a smile, lift someone’s spirits, and make you laugh. He has been there for me through some pretty tough times, so it’s our turn to lift Remy up in return.

<div>While riding with a close group of friends, Remy totaled his Harley a couple of years ago. At the hospital, the doctors were searching for internal injuries when they discovered something none of us expected — a mass on one of his kidneys.
</div>
<div>In the two years since, that mass tripled in size and spread to his other kidney and lung. He has undergone two major surgeries to remove as much of the cancer as possible. Thanks to his incredible urologist and medical team, Remy has completely avoided losing his second kidney. Still, unfortunately, complications from cancer and treatments have caused new medical issues. Remy has done his best to manage things on his own and stay out of the hospital, but the pain and severity recently reached a point where Remy had no choice but to be admitted to the hospital again for another extended stay and yet another surgery. What has followed has been a long and challenging journey.

<div>Despite every obstacle, Remy has faced this battle with incredible strength, grace, and courage, but recent complications have made this fight even harder. The financial burden of ongoing treatments, surgeries, and time away from work has begun to weigh heavily on Remy. As much as he has tried to manage it all privately, it’s reached a point where he needs a little extra help from the community that loves him.

<div>Your support system has been Remy's lifeline through it all. Thank you to everyone who has loved, cared, checked in, and pushed Remy to face these battles head-on. He loves and appreciates each and every one of you, and you know who you are.
