UPDATE #2 – Reggie’s Vet Visit
Thanks to your incredible support, Reggie was able to see the vet today! Unfortunately, it was confirmed that he will need a full mouth extraction, which will also require x-rays and bloodwork before surgery. His mouth is so painful that the vet was only able to take a quick look, and even then, poor Reggir screamed through the exam from the discomfort.
In addition to his severe dental issues, Reggie also had ear mites, multiple ear problems, and an upper respiratory infection (URI)—though thankfully, his lungs sounded good! While he waits for his dental surgery, he’ll be on medication to clear up the URI and pain meds to keep him comfortable.
We were also able to get his bloodwork done today, so once we receive the results, we’ll know if there are any other internal concerns we need to address.
Reggie is such a sweet, resilient boy, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has helped make his care possible. We still need to raise more to cover his upcoming dental surgery and other medical needs, so if you’re able to donate or share, it would mean the world!

UPDATE #1
Great news—thanks to your generosity, we were able to get two of the cats from this group to the vet today! But we just learned that it’s not just Reggie who needs a dental—two more cats also need extensive dental work, along with other treatments. Dentals are very expensive, and with everything else they need, we now have to raise another $1,000 to cover their care.
These cats came from a severely neglectful situation, so while this isn’t surprising, it’s still heartbreaking. In addition to their dental issues, they’ve also been dealing with fleas, long-term untreated ear mites, and yeast infections in their ears. They deserve a fresh start, and we’re doing everything we can to make that happen!

Help Reginald (Reggie) and His Friends Get the Care They Deserve!
Reggie has been through a lot in his life. This sweet, older kitty came from a home where he was neglected for years, along with four other cats. Despite everything, he has remained gentle and loving, and now he finally has a chance at a better future—but he needs your help!
