Support Recovery from Spine Injury

I've a spine injury and am unable to make it to work this month, and possibly more depending on how these drugs and epidurals work out once I start getting them. I live paycheck to paycheck as most of us do these days and I've only 2 days off PTO left. Begging for money sucks, but it's what I gotta do.. Thank you so much.
