I was run down by an uninsured inattentive driver on Aug 3, 2020. I spent 4 months in the hospital. My employer of 20 years denied long-term disability, so costs are out of pocket. I'm awaiting yet another procedure at the Mayo Clinic. Transportation will be an issue. Every little bit helps. Thank you.
