<div>I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart on behalf of my sister—a radiant, loving, and incredibly strong woman who is now in the fight of her life.

<div>At just 42 years old, my sister has been diagnosed with Stage 3 cervical cancer, which has spread rapidly to two lymph nodes and surrounding tissue. 

</div>

<div>She’s one of the hardest-working mothers I know—giving selflessly, loving unconditionally, and never asking for anything in return. Through all the ups and downs of life, she has raised her children with no financial help, no child support, she has just done all she could and more to be the sole provider to her 3 beautiful children. This cancer has reached well beyond her tipping point financially, and in many other ways and she is in desperate need.

<div>Here is a glimpse into her story:

<div>Her journey with this diagnosis began in February, when she first sought medical attention. At that time, she chose to give herself space to pursue natural healing—through intense healthy diet, hyperbaric chamber, high dose vitamin C IV's, and the list goes on with her lifestyle changes and holistic approaches—while still managing all that life demanded of her. She worked hard at this, but just last week, things escalated suddenly and severely.

<div>Rebecca, was preparing to go hiking in the Teton Mountains last week, which was something she had long looked forward to, when she experienced severe uncontrollable blood loss due to the cancer. She was rushed to Logan Hospital, received a blood transfusion, and was then transported by emergency medical evacuation to Murray Hospital for further care. Following that, scans revealed that the cancer had progressed into Stage 3, it has spread to two lymph nodes and adjacent tissue has been affected.

<div>Now, she faces intensive treatment and an uncertain road ahead. Medical bills have already begun piling up, starting with her initial diagnosis in February, and in addition to her emergency medical evacuation. ( Her first appointment alone was a substantial $4,000 bill. Just to see where we are coming from.) Her ability to work is now going to look different than it has been in the past, so your support means so much to her, and all of us!
