<div>**Help Keep Becky in Her Home While Fighting Stage 4 Cancer &amp; Kidney Failure**

<div>My sister Rebecca — Becky to those who love her — has been fighting stage 4 cancer and stage 4 kidney failure for four years.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>During this fight, she has lost her bladder and most of her kidney function. She now lives with a permanent urostomy bag and a semi-permanent nephrostomy/kidney drainage bag so her kidneys can drain. Becky has also had to be hospitalized twice in the last month because of kidney complications.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are currently waiting to hear from Urology about the next steps. Doctors have discussed the possibility of a transplant or another surgery. In the meantime, Becky is trying to stay medically stable while continuing to fight every day.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In 2021, my husband and I moved in with Becky to become her full-time caregivers. We did this out of love, and we would never walk away from her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But our family is now in crisis.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Social Security Disability has stopped Becky’s benefits. Her prescription plan has also stopped, which helped pay for life-sustaining medications and ongoing medical supplies, including her urostomy bags and kidney drainage bags. Her food stamps have been reduced to only $25 per month, which is not enough to provide the nutrition she needs while fighting cancer and kidney failure.

<div>At the same time, we are struggling to keep Becky safely in her home.
