<div>Hi! Our preschool community is raising funds for a lovely child, Rayna, who will be going through heart surgery this summer. Rayna’s health condition is

<div>Allagille Syndrome. Her biggest issue- Pulmonary Stenosis- is a heart condition where the pulmonary valve, which controls blood flow from the heart's right ventricle to the lungs, is narrowed. This narrowing restricts blood flow to the lungs, causing the heart to work harder. Raynas pulmonary stenosis is currently causing her lungs to work very hard, at a percentage much higher than normal. Her family will leave for the Masionic Children's Hospital July 24 for tests to prepare for surgery the following week. They will be widening the main pulmonary artery of her heart, possibly also a couple of the smaller branches. They will be in the cities for an estimated 15 days if everything goes well. Donations would be used for rent while Carissa is away with Rayna in the cities and also food, gas, pre and post after surgery care, yearly trips to the cites for scans, and visits with specialists.
