Hello, my name is Rachael, and despite my mother's pride, I'm reaching out for help to support her during this difficult time. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in November of last year. She has had some setbacks, but she is on the upside of her recovery. During her time in treatment, the side effects have made it very difficult for her to work, and two weeks ago, her employer of almost 20 years let her go. She is in her final stages of radiation. As hard as this is for me to do, I am asking for any bit of help we can give her to support her until she is healthy enough to get back out into the workforce.
