Support Rachael's Battle Against Breast Cancer

Donation protected

In early December 2019, our sweet friend, Rachael Morgan, received news that no one wants to hear.  After an ultrasound and mammogram showed a suspicious and concerning mass in her breast, Rachael was sent to have a biopsy done and a week later it was confirmed that she had Ductal Carcinoma breast cancer.

As some of you are aware, Rachael lost her mother to blood cancer in 2015 and recently lost her father to colon cancer in 2019.  It’s hard to believe that she now has to battle cancer herself, but the strength and determination Rachael has shown since being diagnosed just shows how strong this woman truly is.

Over the last several weeks, since being diagnosed, Rachael has had to have MRI'S, CAT scans, biopsies, ultrasounds, and countless appointments with her oncologist to come up with the best form of treatment for her cancer.  In just a few short weeks, Rachael will be undergoing surgery for a double mastectomy, which is a pretty big procedure and will also need to have a few more surgeries for reconstructive purposes following the double mastectomy.

Since being diagnosed, Rachael has continued to work full time throughout this stressful process, but eventually it will come to a point when she will no longer be able to work after her surgeries.  Anyone that knows Rachael knows how loving, sweet, and kind she is. She has a smile that lights up the room and would go above and beyond for anyone if they needed it. It’s not in Rachael’s nature to reach out and ask for help, she’s a strong independent woman that has always taken care of herself, but I know that anyone that knows her and loves her as much as I do will want to help her in any way they possibly can.  If we could come together and help Rachael lighten the burden of basic living expenses and medical expenses while she is out of work, it would be such a blessing and huge stress relief on her part.

Any donation, no matter how big or small, would help and be greatly appreciated.  Please feel free to share this so we can spread the word and help Rachael as much as we can.

Please keep Rachael in your thoughts and prayers and stand with her as she fights and kicks cancers ass!
