Support Rachael Meek's Medical Recovery

Hello! My name is Rachael Meek and I’m a first-year music teacher in east Tennessee. It’s hard for me to write this and ask for help, but I’m willing to do whatever it takes to keep my family afloat. As it is my first year teaching in my county, my sick days are very limited and I have been dealing with medical issues, surgery, and post-surgical complications that have made a medical leave of absence without pay necessary. As a result, I am losing several weeks of pay. I am the primary income holder for my family and we have been facing other financial hardships, so my medical issues have severely compromised our ability to make ends meet.
