We are preparing to submit our final documents to the SEC for approval. At the same time, we are also preparing to retrieve our charter and initiate twenty-five new members; initiations are not permitted until we have been fully restored as a chapter. However, when the Chapter was closed, we were required to turn over all ritual equipment to the International Headquarters. A determination was made that the equipment, due to age and natural ware and tear, was to be retired. Though Brs. Park and Lowery were able to retrieve our Chapter Bible – upon which every Pi-Sigma has been initiated – the rest of the equipment will need to be purchased anew. This will be a $2,500.00 financial requirement.

Therefore, we are asking our alumni to consider donating to this worthy and time-sensitive cause. We have developed a GoFundMe page to raise funds for this purchase. We hope you will consider giving some to this necessary and worthy need to help us conclude our trusteeship and welcome all of our new members into the 12th Gate. All funds will go to the purchase of the new ritual equipment and any additional funds will be placed into the rainy-day budget, possibly for the purchase of even more equipment so that we can have multiple initiation teams occurring at the same time.
