 Dear friends, neighbours, and the Sussex &amp; Kent street food customer and community, Many of you know Pramod Poudel — affectionately known to everyone as Pedro—as the warm, hard-working face behind the MoMo Nepalese Street Food truck. Today, he and his family urgently need our community's support.Following the recent devastating flash floods on the Nepal-Tibet border, four members of Pedro’s immediate family—his mother, his wife, his brother, and his uncle—have tragically gone missing.Pedro has dropped everything to fly out to Nepal to join the search and rescue efforts. As a result, his food truck businesses and all local bookings have been put on hold. As a self-employed business owner, facing this unthinkable nightmare also means facing an immediate loss of livelihood, alongside mounting emergency travel, logistical, and rescue costs.As heard on BBC Radio Sussex, Pedro is a vital part of our local community.
