Paws 4 A Cure is providing a $200 grant, but his mom and dad are trying to raise $1,000 to provide for multiple vet visits, medical supplies and insulin.

<div>“Our cat Junior is a beloved member of our family since he was born to us in April of 2014.

<div>Recently he was diagnosed with diabetes.  While this condition may be relatively common in cats, the diagnosis has been devastating and overwhelming for our family.

<div>Unfortunately we are facing financial challenges that make it difficult for us to afford the medication needed for the remainder of his life.

<div>We are deeply distressed and overwhelmed by the circumstances. Junior holds an extraordinary place in our hearts, mind and soul. His presence has brought us such profound love and genuine joy, enriching our lives in ways that are both lasting and deeply meaningful. The laughter he brings to us, the respect and warmth that he brings to our family is immeasurable. We are so grateful for all the love he has given to us.
