I'm Julie Vanpoucker and my very special and close friend Paula Ruschak has lost her husband Gary after many years of a long illness. Unfortunately, they did not have insurance and due to his many doctor's appointments, they've accumulated a lot of debt and need help financially. They were both retired and lived on a very modest and limited income.
