Hi, my name is Scott — and I created Pathly in honor of two things that changed my life:

1️⃣ My incredible wife, Lilly, a selfless tutor who has helped hundreds of students succeed

2️⃣ My lifelong experience living with NF1, a condition that made school feel isolating, exhausting, and often invisible

I wasn’t a bad student.

I was just a student who learned differently — and the system wasn’t made for that.

Pathly is my answer to that.

It’s a platform built for students like me — the ones who need someone to slow down, listen, and meet them where they are.

And it’s built for tutors like Lilly — people who give their whole heart to teaching but rarely get the tools or income they deserve.

Pathly is a tutoring platform that:

• Connects students to tutors for affordable, flexible learning

• Protects data and ensures equity for grant-funded or low-income students

• Supports independent educators with real income and growth opportunities

• Partners with schools and nonprofits to bring tutoring to those who need it most

We’ve already developed the full roadmap, secured our EIN and shares, and integrated payment systems — now we just need help getting across the finish line.
