SUPPORT PARENT CHOICE IN MISSOULA COUNTY

A group of parents in Missoula County has joined forces to file a legal challenge to school mask mandates by Missoula County Public Schools, Target Range Public Schools, and Hellgate Elementary. 


We believe that mask mandates in schools are an infringement upon citizens' constitutionally-protected rights to make decisions for their families. 


All funds donated here, in any amount, whether publicly or anonymously, will be used to pay legal fees incurred in the filing of legal action by Quentin Rhoades of Rhoades, Siefert, & Erickson, PLLC. Funds raised in excess of legal fees will be donated to Stand Up Montana.
